Abstract

La gestione dei servizi idrici urbani in Spagna (di Amedeo Amato e Alice Bacigalupo) - ABSTRACT: In Spagna l?offerta di servizi idrici urbani ? di competenza dei singoli comuni, che possono optare per distinte forme di gestione diretta e indiretta, oppure consorziarsi con altri enti ed istituzioni, tra cui organismi responsabili di singole fasi della filiera idrica. La legge, nel rispetto del principio dell?autonomia locale, conferisce piena libert? di scelta all?ente locale fra le molteplici forme di gestione previste. Anche se tale libert? d? luogo ad un?ampia casistica di modalit? organizzative, ognuno dei (circa) 8100 monopoli idrici urbani pu? essere ricondotto a una delle tre configurazioni tipo.
