Abstract

Un modello di valutazione delle autorit? di regolamentazione nel settore delle telecomunicazioni (di Goffredo Sdrubolini) - ABSTRACT: L?articolo tratta il tema della regolamentazione economica con particolare riferimento al settore delle telecomunicazioni. Si affronta il problema della valutazione dell?operato delle Autorit? di regolamentazione attraverso una metodologia d?analisi articolata su pi? livelli in grado di considerare i diversi aspetti economici, tecnici e giuridici da un lato e politico istituzionali dall?altro nonch? di individuare gli indici quali/quantitativi pi? idonei a evidenziare la performance raggiunta. A tal fine viene proposta un?analisi dell?opera curata da E. Pontarollo e A. Oglietti, Regole e regolatori nelle telecomunicazioni europee, Il Mulino, Bologna, 2003 con particolare riferimento al modello di analisi e di valutazione delle Autorit? di regolamentazione proposto dai curatori nella prima parte del volume.
