Abstract

Rapporti fra soggetti pubblici e privati a fini di tutela e valorizzazione dei beni culturali (di Massimo Basile) - ABSTRACT: Tanto pi? i beni culturali pubblici possono essere una risorsa economica quanto pi? ne venga favorita, oltre che la tutela, la valorizzazione. A questo fine possono contribuire in vari modi anche i privati entrando in rapporto con gli enti pubblici cui i beni appartengono: ai privati pu? essere rimessa la gestione di servizi relativi a beni di cultura (c.d. esternalizzazione); soggetti privati possono partecipare con i soggetti pubblici proprietari ad enti misti (anzitutto a fondazioni di partecipazione) cui sia conferito l'uso di beni per migliorarne la valorizzazione; privati possono sponsorizzare con beni o servizi la progettazione o l'attuazione di iniziative culturali. A valorizzare beni di cultura possono servire anche la concessione del loro uso individuale a privati, e apposite convenzioni con organismi di volontariato.
