Abstract

Il valore della banca nell? e-banking (di Giuseppe Lombardo) - ABSTRACT: Lo sviluppo dell?Internet banking sta spingendo verso una caduta delle tradizionale barriere tra attivit? produttiva, attivit? distributiva e clientela, determinando cos? nuovi modelli e strategie di impresa della banca. Nello scritto dapprima vengono analizzati i metodi di valutazione di tipo analitico e di mercato normalmente utilizzati per le banche. Al riguardo, con riferimento alle stime degli ultimi anni, si sono rilevati il coefficiente della valorizzazione della raccolta, il costo del capitale proprio, i multipli di borsa e su transazioni M & A. Quindi vengono esaminati i costi e i benefici derivanti dall?implementazione di un nuovo canale aggiuntivo di Internet banking. Infine si analizzano le specificit? del processo valutativo delle banche esclusivamente virtuali.
