Abstract

La client satisfaction nel settore assicurativo (di Antonio Coviello) - ABSTRACT: Nel settore assicurativo, l?analisi del portafoglio clienti induce a ritenere che la customer retention (misura del trattenimento dei clienti esistenti) costituisca ancora un forte impatto sui livelli di profitto delle imprese assicuratrici, soprattutto dopo la liberalizzazione delle tariffe rc auto (il mercato di massa per eccellenza dei prodotti assicurativi) che ha reso ancor pi? importante la fidelizzazione dei propri assicurati. Ci? che interessa la compagnia di assicurazione, quindi, ? la fedelt? del cliente, che si manifesta nell?attitudine al riacquisto e rappresenta, pertanto, un indice probante della sua soddisfazione. Siccome, nell?ottica di marketing, il servizio ? costituito da un insieme di attributi o caratteristiche sui quali il cliente definisce le proprie preferenze, si deve misurare la soddisfazione del cliente sugli attributi o caratteristiche del servizio, e non sul servizio di per s?.
