Abstract

Modalit? di gestione del portafoglio per le fondazioni (di Amedeo Amato e Francesco Menoncin) - ABSTRACT: Questa nota esamina il problema di una fondazione che, soggetta al vincolo di predefiniti ammontari di erogazioni e di spese di funzionamento, debba investire il proprio patrimonio in azioni ed obbligazioni. Il problema viene affrontato con riferimento agli obbiettivi dell?immunizzazione e dell?ottimizzazione del portafoglio. Si ottengono i seguenti risultati: i) per creare un portafoglio immunizzato ? necessario e sufficiente che l?intero portafoglio sia investito in obbligazioni; ii) per creare un portafoglio ottimo ai fini della crescita di lungo periodo ? necessaria sia una componente azionaria sia una componente obbligazionaria, mentre per la copertura del rischio legato al finanziamento delle erogazioni e delle spese di funzionamento occorre fare affidamento esclusivamente sulla componente obbligazionaria.
