La riforma delle citt? metropolitane in Italia. Contraddizioni di una normativa "sfocata"

Abstract

Nel saggio si esamina criticamente il recente varo, in Italia, di una normativa, piuttosto sfocata, per la creazione delle citt? metropolitane. Si rileva che in realt? di citt? metropolitane non si tratta ma, di province metropolitane. Inoltre si rileva come l?individuazione delle cosiddette citt? metropolitane, in Italia, sia avvenuta sulla base di logiche politiche senza aver definito i criteri scientifici con cui individuare le effettive citt? metropolitane. Il risultato ? che alcune "citt? metropolitane" individuate dal Parlamento non hanno caratteristiche metropolitane, mentre alcune realt? metropolitane non sono state indicate dal Parlamento. Nella individuazione delle citt? metropolitane si ? trascurata la dimensione antropologica delle stesse e cio? dell?esistenza o meno, tra le popolazioni coinvolte, di uno spirito identitario di matrice metropolitana.
