L?efficienza energetica in Italia: competenze e figure professionali emergenti per la green economy

Abstract

Lo scopo di questo lavoro ? di valutare gli impatti socio-economici delle politiche di sviluppo dell?efficienza energetica in Italia, in termini di ricadute sull?occupazione e sulle professionalit?. Alla luce degli obiettivi di policy a favore dell?efficienza energetica, fissati negli accordi europei e nelle normative nazionali, si identificano i settori oggetto delle misure di efficientamento e, all?interno di essi, si analizza la trasformazione delle competenze e delle figure professionali richieste, individuando i "nuovi profili verdi emergenti". L?analisi mostra che la trasformazione delle professioni indotta dall?efficienza energetica presenta un carattere fortemente trasversale, attivando una domanda di nuove professionalit? e competenze in diversi comparti. I processi di innovazione tecnologica e produttiva connessi all?efficienza energetica possono inoltre interessare una rilevante platea di lavoratori, anche al di fuori dei tradizionali settori verdi, i quali potrebbero beneficiare di processi di riconversione nei nuovi profili green attraverso specifici programmi formativi.
