Abstract

Il nodo della gestione dei flussi migratori. Una difficile governance - Nei recenti anni il fenomeno dei flussi migratori dai Paesi meno sviluppati a quelli pi? sviluppati ? diventato pervasivo; esso comporta complessi intrecci tra gli aspetti economici e quelli politici. L?Europa e, di conseguenza, l?Italia negli ultimi decenni hanno conosciuto una massiccia immigrazione. Tale immigrazione pu? essere considerata una buona opportunit? economica e nello stesso tempo pu? dar luogo a seri problemi di ordine sociale e politico. In questo articolo si fa particolare attenzione alle politiche messe in atto in Europa e, specialmente in Italia, al fine di regolamentare i flussi immigratori. Alla luce delle caratteristiche delle moderne economie appare evidente la difficolt? di governare tale fenomeno. Ne deriva la necessit? di individuare nuove strategie e nuovi strumenti per fronteggiarlo in modo razionale. Parole chiave: immigrazione, mercato del lavoro, politica immigratoria italiana.
