Brevi note sulla tutela penale della produzione alimentare locale

Abstract

Il lavoro offre una breve rassegna delle fattispecie penali applicabili a difesa della produzione alimentare locale. Introdotto il tema dell?origine dei prodotti alimentari ai fini penali, il contributo d? conto, prima, dei delitti del Titolo VIII Capo II del codice penale; poi, della complessa disciplina a difesa del made in Italy, contenuta nella legge n. 350/2003. Evidenziate le principali criticit? dell?assetto attuale, nella parte finale si prospettano schematicamente alcune possibili direttrici di riforma.
