Cooperatives in agriculture and rural areas in Poland in the context of the new challenges of the Common Agricultural Policy

Abstract

Lo scopo del lavoro ? analizzare la legislazione in materia di cooperative e le possibilit? di sviluppo delle stesse in Polonia di fronte alle nuove sfide della Politica agricola comune (cambiamenti climatici, energie rinnovabili, gestione delle risorse idriche, biodiversit?, misure di accompagnamento nel settore lattierocaseario, innovazione, misure per il latte introdotte a seguito della riforma del settore e l?abolizione delle relative quote entro aprile 2015). L?analisi si concentra su questioni specifiche inerenti alle cooperative agricole in Polonia, tra le quali la tipologia delle stesse e le loro basi giuridiche. Inoltre, si analizzano anche gli obiettivi della Politica agricola comune per il periodo 2014-2020 e il loro impatto sullo sviluppo del movimento cooperativo in Polonia. Infine, il saggio analizza la pi? recente disciplina delle cooperative in Italia.
