Certificazione: nuova disciplina in materia di accreditamento e di organismi di controllo

Abstract

Il reg. (CE) n. 765/2008 ha introdotto significative ed innovative modifiche in materia di accreditamento e di organismi di controllo. Il legislatore comunitario stabilendo principi e regole comuni in tema di accreditamento, ha inteso rafforzare la credibilit? del sistema delle certificazioni all?interno dell?Unione Europea. Il regolamento prevede la designazione da parte di ciascun Stato membro di un unico organismo nazionale di accreditamento, competente per tutti gli organismi di valutazione della conformit?, compresi quelli del settore alimentare. L?Italia ha designato Accredia come unico organismo nazionale italiano autorizzato a svolgere attivit? di accreditamento e vigilanza del mercato, ossia come fulcro del nuovo sistema di accreditamento nazionale pubblico. Ma il sistema cos? introdotto richiede, almeno nel settore agroalimentare, un necessario coordinamento fra le competenze di Accredia e le competenze del Ministero delle politiche agricole alimentari e forestali, in primo luogo in tema di organismi di controllo dei prodotti Dop e Igp
