    La valutazione di incidenza come ulteriore possibile fattore di sviluppo ed occupazione nella tutela della biodiversità, Matteo Benozzo Nell’Unione Europea, la biodiversità ha acquistato dignità di occupazione lavorativa e fattore di sviluppo, così come la sua tutela implementa l’economia. Un potenziale ulteriore fattore di crescita si ritiene possa essere rappresentato dall’attuazione a livello locale della procedura di valutazione di incidenza per le aree "Natura 2000". Questo lavoro esaminerà la disciplina relativa a siffatta procedura, valutandone le possibili ricadute sul tessuto produttivo territoriale in termini di sviluppo ed occupazione.
