Menadžerski Aspekti Timova I Grupa

Abstract

Тема овог рада су тимови и групе. Оно што ћемо прво издвојити су неке основне дефиниције група, затим ћемо набројати њихове карактеристике, као што су колективни циљеви, међуљудски односи, величина, кохезија, правила понашања, статус, улога и објаснили сваку посебно у пар реченица. Потом, ћемо навести општу и највећу поделу група на формалне и неформалне и рећи понешто о њиховим подврстама и о њима самима. Посебну пажњу ће нам привући фазе развоја група, којих има пет и то су формирање, сукобљавање, нормирање, функционисање и распуштање. Следеће што ћемо урадити је дефинисање тима, као посебну врсту групе; дефинисање тимског рада, али и факторе који утичу на ефикасност тимова. Тимове можемо поделити на више начина. Рецимо, у зависности од врсте посла који се обавља у тиму, разликујемо услужне, саветодавне, пројектне, производне, акцијске и менаџмент тимове. На крају, ће нам остати да побројимо предности и недостатке тимова, као и опште разлике између тимова и малих група.
