Abstract

Yakın zamanda, kamu malları kavramıyla ilgili olarak yeni bir kavramsal çerçeve ortaya çıkmıştır. Küresel kamu malı olarak adlandırılan bu kavramsal çerçeve birçok mal ve hizmeti kapsamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, finansal istikrar da bir küresel kamu malı olarak kabul edilmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, küresel kamu malı ve finansal istikrar kavramlarını inceleyerek, bir küresel kamu malı olarak finansal istikrar kavramına ilişkin eleştirel değerlendirmelerde bulunmaktır.
