Abstract

Ters lojistik, lojistik yönetim süreçlerini tersinden yapmayı tanımlayan bir kavramdır. Ters lojistik faaliyetleri, geri alım, yenileme ve ürünlerin güvenli bir şekilde elden çıkarılarak geri dönüşüme sokulma işlemlerini de kapsar. Dünya genelinde pek çok şirket ters lojistik konusuna odaklanmamıştır. Bu nedenle, organizasyonlar bu alanla ilgilenecek insani ve finansal kaynaklarını, sistemlerini ve politikalarını daha henüz tesis etmemişlerdir. Kuskusuz ters lojistik şirketlerin rekabet politikalarında ve maliyet tasarrufu sağlama konusunda önemli pozitif etkilere sahiptir. Bu çerçevede; bu çalışma ters lojistik kavramının önemi, kapsamı, tanımı ve şirketlerin maliyet yönetimi üzerindeki etkileri üzerine odaklanmaktadır.

    Note: [English Title] REVERSE LOGISTICS AND ITS IMPACTS ON COMPANY’S COST MANAGEMENT [English Abstract] Reverse logistics is a term referring to reverse way of doing logistics management. Reverse logistics activities include the removal, return for refurbishment, recycling for safe disposal of products. Many organizations have not focused on reverse logistics. For this reason, organizations have not established policies, systems, human or financial resources to deal with this area. It is no doubt that reverse logistics have a positive impact on a company’s cost saving and competition policies. In this aspect, this paper stresses on definition, scope, impacts on company’s cost management, essence and importance of reverse logistics. [English Keywords] Reverse Logistics, Cost Management, and Recycling.
