Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] Over the past few years, for most developing countries, the macroeconomic stabilization and adjustment experience has been characterized by stagnating productivity and per capita income growth and low capacity utilization, accompanied by increasing overall inequality. Avoiding macroeconomic instability and maintaining structural reforms are also essential, but these conditions are not sufficient for permanent growth. Moreover, on many occasions, rapid growth experiences for many developing countries have not endured, and many have ended up in growth collapses. Point under consideration is the dynamic adjustment of the economic structure of productivity. The issue is more severe in cases of lower productivity as a result of lower levels of capitalization in human and technological resources and less productive and trade specialization, compared to more developed countries specialized in technology intensive and more dynamic sectors. As it required to maintain productive dynamism and endow the economy with resilience to shocks in the long run technological change is considered to play a vital role in shaping industrial performance since it affects productivity growth and thus contributes to economic growth. In this context, the first section of this paper focuses on the relationship between technological change and structural dynamics. The second section related with international comparison of technology based indicators. This approach has adopted principal component analysis from within the multivariable analysis method. Third section deseribes and analyzes technological capabilities of Turkey through science and technology indicators within comparative framework. [English Keywords] Not available
