Personal Security Measures. An Analyze of the Albanian Legislation

Abstract

The personal security measures are directed against the suspected person of the committing a criminal offense depriving of some rights charging him with specific obligations. Referred to Criminal Procedure Code of Republic of Albania personal security measures are divided into coercive measures and prohibitive measures.
