Automatización y dinámica del mercado laboral en la industria automotriz en México

Abstract

El presente análisis centra su atención en identificar las características productivas de las armadoras automotrices situadas en el país, para evaluar la dinámica del mercado de trabajo, enmarcada en los procesos de automatización tecnológica. Se realiza mediante una simulación basada en agentes, es-tructurada en mesa python, cuyos resultados apuntan en dos direcciones: a) La tasa de empleo de la industria depende, principalmente, de la tasa de expansión de las exportaciones de vehículos pequeños a EUa, b) Su crecimiento se sostiene a través de consolidar la brecha entre productividad y retribu-ción del trabajo humano.
