Gestión de la tecnología e innovación: un Modelo de Redes Bayesianas

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como propósito fundamental estudiar y analizar la gestión de la tecnología e innovación a través de Redes Bayesianas, para lo cual se realiza un modelo en el que se identifican y cuantifican los diversos factores que tienen impacto para gestionar adecuadamente la tecnología e impactar en innovación. El análisis del caso estudiado se realiza en una empresa de servicios de base tecnológica en la Ciudad de México. En virtud de que una Red Bayesiana es una estructura que representa el entendimiento de un proceso y sus dependencias (causa-efecto), la gestión óptima o no óptima de la tecnología y sus diversos factores se evidencia a través de la causalidad de las variables que permiten capturar de manera más adecuada la interrelación para gestionarla e innovar, mediante razonamiento probabilístico y gráficos. Los resultados muestran que los factores más relevantes son: capital humano, gestión del conocimiento y seguridad informática.
