Abstract
This paper presents the review of the "Infinity BOT," a multipurpose, Internet of Things (IoT)-based robotic platform engineered for versatile applications in both agriculture and defense safety. Integrating smart sensors and wireless communication, the Infinity BOT is designed to automate crucial agricultural tasks such as pesticide spraying, automatic grass cutting, and seed sowing. The robot helps farmers save time, reduce chemical wastage, and maintain optimal crop health while being eco-friendly and energy-efficient, utilizing an optional solar array for sustainable operation. Furthermore, the system extends its utility to defense applications, where it can detect metallic landmines using specialized sensors and transmit real-time SMS alerts and live camera footage to an operator, thereby reducing human risk in hazardous environments like minefields. The robot is remotely controlled via a mobile application using Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) signaling over a cellular connection, demonstrating a scalable and cost-effective single-chassis solution for multiple tasks. The integration of IoT enables real-time monitoring, data logging, and control, enhancing precision in farming and safety in defense.
