Abstract

This paper presents the development and implementation of Go–Courier, a web-based courier management system intended to streamline operations and improve service delivery for courier companies. The system replaces traditional, manual methods of managing courier data with a centralized digital platform. Technologies used include PHP, MySQL, and Apache server. The system improves operational efficiency, reduces human errors, and provides real-time tracking and reporting features. This study outlines the problem, proposes the solution, and evaluates its success through system testing and usability metrics.
