Abstract

A thorough evaluation of a compound's potential positive and negative impacts on living systems is part of biological activity. The molecule's inherent structure and physiological characteristics, as well as its concentration and the duration of cell exposure, all influence its activity. When a chemical interacts with or influences any form of cellular tissue in the body, it is deemed bioactive, as opposed to pharmacological activity, which usually suggests therapeutic effects. This idea has generated many attentions in a number of disciplines, such as biochemistry, ecology, and medical research.
