Abstract

Uno de los principales problemas de las empresas, y en especial de los emprendimientos, es la falta de organización y vinculación con otros agentes del entorno, por lo que es pertinente identificar y categorizar a los actores relacionados o stakeholders. El objetivo es efectuar una aproximación al análisis de la dinámica relacional de un sistema de emprendimientos turísticos que opera dentro del espacio ejidal denominado “El Jorullo†, en el municipio de Puerto Vallarta, mediante un estudio de tipo descriptivo, cualitativo y transeccional, apoyado en el análisis de redes sociales (ARS). Los principales resultados indican que en el ejido estudiado deben trabajarse las conexiones entre emprendimientos al interior del sistema para fomentar su competitividad. La conclusión general indica la importancia a nivel cualitativo del ARS en el suministro de información a los emprendimientos para la toma de decisiones.
