Turismo De Alambiques Na Regiãƒo De Sãƒo Joãƒo Del-Rei

Abstract

La producción de cachaça tiene su condición económica, cultural y turística, muchas veces transformada por las características de la región de producción. Com base em este supuesto, este artículo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre el potencial turístico y socioeconómico de los alambiques en la región de São João del-Rei/Mg. Se utilizo uma metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa com la aplicación de cuestionarios estructurados, entrevistas a productoes, trabajadores y observaciones locales, de manera que fue posible evaluar el perfil socioeconómico de los alambiques. Con la investigación se logro compreder los diferentes deseos em relación a la pluralidade de perfiles de los productores. Hay quienes producen la cachaça por tradición familiar o afición, hay quienes la producen como fuente de ingresos y quienes utilizan el valor cultural del producto como atractivo turístico. Por lo tanto, los deseos de los productores también difieren, dinde hay quienes apuntan a una mayor burocratización de la producción de cachaça em la región, apuntando al registro de productores ilegares para tener uma competencia más justas, mientras que los ilegares encuentran dificultades financeiras para obtener el aparato necessário para el registro. Los alambiques turísticos, sin embargo, anhelen un circuito turístico que incluya podría ser una actividad que ayudaría a fortalecer el desarrollo económico regional.
