Comentarios de los turistas respecto a la “Passarela do Caranguejo†desde la perspectiva de los destinos turísticos inteligentes

Abstract

Este estudio exploratorio tuvo como objetivo identificar la percepción de los visitantes sobre la “Passarela do Caranguejo†en la Orla de Atalaia en Aracaju-SE, aplicando el protocolo Tourqual en los comentarios del TripAdvisor. Se recogieron 280 comentarios: 40 de la página del atractivo, 160 de cuatro restaurantes y 80 de dos hoteles Los resultados sugieren que la Pasarela es bien evaluada por los visitantes, mientras que los hoteles y restaurantes presentan debilidades. Se necesitan medidas para renovar la infraestructura de las instalaciones de alojamiento y para mejorar el servicio prestado por los restaurantes. El estudio ha demostrado la importancia de acompañar la reputación en línea de las atracciones y equipamientos turísticos, así como la utilidad del protocolo Tourqual como herramienta para la recopilación y categorización de la opinión de los visitantes.
