La gobernanza en el Parque Nacional de los Lençóis Maranhenses, Brasil: análisis preliminar del voucher digital sobre la perspectiva del trade

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es comprender la percepción de los gerentes de las agencias de viajes receptivas de Barreirinhas (Maranhão, Brasil), sobre la operación del voucher digital. Metodológicamente, este estudio es analítico, descriptivo, exploratorio y cualitativo realizado, en junio del 2019, con las agencias que operan paseos por el Parque Nacional de los Lençóis Maranhenses. Las entrevistas fueron grabadas y basadas en un guión semiestructurado. Para el análisis de datos, se utilizó el análisis de contenido. Los resultados principales apuntaron a la insatisfacción con el voucher, una vez que siguen la competencia desleal y la falta de supervisión por parte de las autoridades con respecto a estas acciones.
