Producto turístico sostenible en Uruguay: Impacto generado en resultados financieros

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es dar cuenta de la relevancia que presenta para las organizaciones turísticas poder implementar propuestas sostenible dentro de su oferta para mejorar sus resultados económicos, como también para la ciudad/país donde se encuentran fortaleciendo la reputación de éstos. A partir de la investigación de casos, noticias y bibliografía especializada en la temática, se dará cuenta del avance que presenta en otros países, y su aplicabilidad en Uruguay. Para ello se va a analizar qué se entiende como turismo sostenible, las principales características que presentan éstas propuestas sostenible y estudiar resultados de investigaciones realizadas sobre esta temática. En conclusión, los turistas prefieren propuestas que sean social y ambientalmente responsables y eso generará una mejora en los ingresos de estas organizaciones, como también su imagen externa y reputación.
