Turismo accesible para todos. Análisis del grado de accesibilidad de los museos de Tétouan (Marruecos)

Abstract

La accesibilidad universal, su inclusión y diseño debería ser la norma común de las infraestructuras, espacios y contenidos museísticos, al igual que la formación y adiestramiento de su personal para enfrentarse a las necesidades de toda la sociedad. Según la Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT) en el año 2017, el 40% de los 1.322 millones de llegadas de turistas internacionales son consideradas llegadas de turistas culturales. En el ámbito marroquí en el año 2015, según el Observatorio de Turismo de Marruecos, el 42% de los turistas extranjeros visitaron los monumentos históricos y museos durante su estancia, en el caso de Tétouan esta cifra solo alcanza el 16%.
