Mochila nas costas, esse é meu turismo: Uma proposta de turismo sustentável na Vila de Tartarugueiro, Marajó-PA

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi apresentar uma proposta diferenciada de turismo, uma atividade responsável, comprometida com a conservação natural e cultural da localidade, dentro daquilo que se observa como práticas de turismo sustentável dentro do segmento de ecoturismo. O artigo explana uma pesquisa acerca do conceito de sustentabilidade, planejamento participativo e turismo como também um projeto elaborado pelos mesmos autores, onde se observa com mais clareza o que seria uma possível prática do ecoturismo. Para a elaboração deste artigo fez-se pesquisas bibliográficas e vivência de campo nos parâmetros do projeto MOCHILA NAS COSTAS, ESSE É O MEU TURISMO com base nos princípios de sustentabilidade. A proposta deste projeto suscita uma nova visão de turismo fora dos parâmetros tradicionais, na qual a população local torna-se protagonista no processo, como um todo.
