Sostenibilidad del todo incluido en la empresa hotelera: implicaciones para la dirección de empresas turísticas

Abstract

En esta investigación se lleva a cabo un análisis de la sostenibilidad del todo incluido en el sector hotelero de Adeje. Para ellos, se estudia el crecimiento relativo del todo incluido, se analiza el perfil del turista del todo incluido, se estudia los principales documentos legislativos y se analiza la opinión de los residentes. A raíz de los resultados se detectan algunos problemas de sostenibilidad en la práctica del todo incluido en el sector hotelero de Adeje y se proponen recomendaciones para la dirección de empresas turísticas. Por último, se comentan algunas limitaciones y posibles líneas futuras de investigación.
