Patrimonio industrial y turismo: revalorización patrimonial y turística del legado de la Familia Piazza, Azul, Argentina

Abstract

El patrimonio industrial símbolo del crecimiento y prosperidad en numerosas ocasiones es abandonado, pero el turismo industrial puede permitir su revalorización a partir de un diagnóstico del mismo. El presente artículo realiza un análisis del patrimonio industrial de la familia Piazza, de Azul, Argentina y su potencialidad para constituirse en una oferta de turismo industrial.
