La ruta turística enológica como en Querétaro y Baja California, México

Abstract

El turismo enológico o del vino es una temática de servicio turístico en México relativamente nuevo en comparación con países europeos con gran experiencia en esta actividad. En el presente análisis se estudia el contexto nacional de la ruta del vino existente en Baja California y Querétaro por su importancia como nuevo servicio turístico y como detonante de desarrollo por medio del fortalecimiento del clúster del vino que denota en las rutas del vino. El método que se implementa es por medio de una matriz FODA y el diseño del diamante de Porter. Se concluye que las rutas del vino en México están fuertemente posicionadas con respecto a otras regiones que cuentan con viñedos pero no han desarrollado un servicio turístico paralelamente.
