Aprovechamiento turístico de los recursos naturales. Estudio de caso: Hacienda La Primavera, Quinsaloma – Ecuador

Abstract

El agroturismo ofrece una opción productiva para familias con la elaboración de productos turísticos. Este estudio plantea el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales a través de la creación de un producto turístico en la hacienda la Primavera, cantón Quinsaloma, Ecuador. Para esto, se realizó el levantamiento de información primaria basada en encuestas, entrevistas y guías de observación que permitieron determinar el perfil de los turistas nacionales y el diseño del producto turístico denominado “Theobroma†, el mismo que contempla actividades turísticas de observación de flora y avifauna, fotografía turística, caminatas, cabalgatas, camping y agroturismo, el cual se gestionará como una Unidad Económica Popular. El proyecto contempla una inversión inicial de $212406.93 USD y demuestra ser económica y financieramente viable lo cual permitirá dinamizar la economía familiar y local al generar espacios de distracción y desarrollo turístico. La estructura del presente estudio podría constituirse en guía orientativa para la realización de futuros estudios destinados al aprovechamiento turístico de los recursos naturales.
