Abstract

Este documento presenta un abordaje preliminar a la operación del Programa Pueblos Mágicos. El objetivo fue analizar y explicar la operación del Programa para proponer un Modelo de gestión del conocimiento que optimice su desempeño en impacte en la economía de las localidades. Los resultados explican la necesidad por la revisión de los objetivos del programa y la eficiencia de los recursos públicos asignados, basados en las reglas de operación y los procesos de aprendizaje requeridos para los responsables del programa y Comité Pueblos Mágicos.
