Abstract

Los destinos patrimoniales cuentan con características intrínsecas que los convierten en lugares invaluables de extrema belleza. Dichas características crean a su vez condiciones que propician la actividad turística como forma de desarrollo idónea para este tipo de destino. Sin embargo, garantizar la vialidad de la actividad turística y la sostenibilidad de los recursos patrimoniales para futuras generaciones puede presentar retos para las entidades a cargo de la gestión turística, así como para las comunidades. Con la finalidad de garantizar el desarrollo sostenible, se plante el desarrollo y adopción de un modelo de resiliencia para destinos patrimoniales. El presente trabajo constituye un estudio del desarrollo de los indicadores a tomarse en consideración cuando buscamos alcanzar la resiliencia de los destinos.
