A vitivinicultura e o desenvolvimento do enoturismo de Bituruna, Paraná

Abstract

Este trabalho de pesquisa busca aprofundar a relação entre vitivinicultura e o enoturismo no município de Bituruna, estado do Paraná. A atividade da vitivinicultura é essencialmente agrícola e engloba o cultivo de uvas e a produção de vinhos. O segmento turístico associado ao vinho, o enoturismo, vem se desenvolvendo em muitos lugares no mundo e no Brasil. Em Bituruna a vitivinicultura teve início entre as décadas de 1930 e 1950 e o processo de turistificação do espaço vem ocorrendo lentamente. A pesquisa se caracteriza como qualitativa, realizada por meio do levantamento bibliográfico e entrevistas com os produtores de vinho e gestores do setor público. Os resultados indicaram que o enoturismo em Bituruna é incipiente, mas possui potencialidade para contribuir com o desenvolvimento da região.
