O endomarketing no ambiente de agência de viagens: um estudo na Michelle Tour em Natal/RN

Abstract

Buscou-se neste trabalho compreender a importância das características do endomarketing na tomada de decisões e na criação de uma performance com mais eficácia. Como metodologia, foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica, tendo como base estudiosos e pesquisadores sobre assuntos relacionados ao tema em questão, posteriormente, utilizou-se também a pesquisa de observação com aplicação de questionários com a participação dos funcionários da Michelle Tour – Agência de Viagens. Procura-se apresentar nos resultados, que a empresa citada acima consegue se projetar melhor no mercado com a aplicação do endomarketing em sua política de trabalho, passando a valorizar as ações individuais dos colaboradores e consequentemente a qualidade de atendimento aos clientes, criando vínculos de fidelidade com a agência.
