Experiãšncia Em Eventos Culturais: Um Estudo Sobre A Virada Cultural De Belo Horizonte 2014

Abstract

A realização de eventos culturais apresenta potencial de desenvolvimento econômico, melhoria da imagem das cidades e capacidade de promoção de novas experiências para os participantes. O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal entender os aspectos da experiência das pessoas que participaram da Virada Cultural de Belo Horizonte, em 2014, identificando-os e os avaliando na perspectiva delas. Para isso, este artigo baseou-se nos conceitos trabalhados por Kim et. al. (2010): hedonismo, sentimento de renovação, cultura local, significância da experiência, conhecimento adquirido, envolvimento dos participantes e novidade presente na experiência. Uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa foi realizada com a utilização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete participantes do evento.
