Abstract

El turismo de masas ha hecho factible que el producto crucero sea accesible a amplias capas de la sociedad. El conocimiento de los elementos que intervienen en la elección del crucero es un tema interesante, que se aborda en este trabajo, centrado en los aspectos relativos al concepto de crucero como resort flotante, las fases de formación de los itinerarios de un crucero y una breve síntesis de las cuestiones más destacadas acerca de la conformación del precio de los paquetes de cruceros.
