Abstract

Se presenta la problemática de la alta movilidad del recurso humano en el sector turístico de México. Si el objetivo de toda empresa turística es permanecer en un segmento altamente competido con clientes cada vez más exigentes, es importante reflexionar sobre las utilidades de la empresa. Pero no esto no es suficiente, es necesario hacer más y mejores estrategias para lograrlo. Es por esto que se buscó como objetivo general, el analizar identificar el compromiso organizacional y su relación con las utilidades en las empresas turísticas. Se da cuenta de los resultados obtenidos en empresas del sector turismo de México con el objetivo de sistematizar la percepción de lo directivos de estas empresas con respecto al compromiso de los empleados y si éste es percibido a su vez por loe clientes.
