Abstract

Se presenta la propuesta especializada del Método Iruma Desu para sistematizar la adopción de competencias cuantitativas y cualitativas hacia la innovación, en los estudiantes durante su formación en las carreras de turismo y profesionistas que ya forman parte del capital humano de las organizaciones turísticas. Con dicho método se espera generar parte de la sustentabilidad empresarial en la actividad turística. Se da cuenta de los avances que se realizaron en la primera etapa de la investigación Método Iruma Desus para sistematizar la adopción de competencias cuantitativas y cualitativas hacia la innovación en la formación y desempeño del capital humano especializado en la empresa turística, en referencia a la identificación de la situación crítica, el diseño y la propuesta de aplicación del Método Iruma Desu.
