Propuesta De Un Modelo De Gestiã“N De La Reputaciã“N On Line En Las Empresas Turã Sticas

Abstract

En la actualidad, la reputación se ha convertido en uno de los factores fundamentales utilizados por las empresas turísticas a la hora de llevar a cabo sus planes estratégicos. Este reconocimiento resulta fundamental en el nuevo entorno tecnológico donde la relación de confianza entre empresa y cliente, y su mantenimiento a largo plazo, se desarrolla a través de nuevas reglas que deben ser conocidas y gestionadas por las empresas turísticas. En consecuencia podemos hablar de una reputación on line en un Turismo 2.0. El presente trabajo propone un modelo exploratorio que integra los factores clave de éxito en la gestión de la reputación on line y el actual papel que ejerce el Community Manager como mediador entre la propia empresa y el cliente.
