Agencias De Viaje Online En Espaã‘A: Aplicaciã“N De Un Modelo De Anã Lisis De Sedes Web

Abstract

Las agencias de viaje online se enfrentan a crecientes niveles de competencia, por lo tanto, experimentan una necesidad, cada vez mayor, de evaluar la eficacia de sus sites. El presente estudio tiene como finalidad conocer cuáles son los factores clave que tienen en cuenta las agencias de viaje online para captar y fidelizar clientes a través de la red. Para la consecución de los objetivos planteados, se ha diseñado un modelo cuantitativo de análisis para la recogida de datos. Una vez recogidos, se realizó el tratamiento estadístico, primero con la obtención de estadísticos descriptivos y, posteriormente, con el análisis de asociación de variables aplicando el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman.
