Conceptualizaciã“N Y Consideraciones En Torno Al Ecoturismo

Abstract

Actualmente existe un cambio en el comportamiento y motivaciones de los turistas, debido sobre todo a las nuevas formas de concebir el tiempo de ocio y de revalorizar lugares menos masificados, en especial, zonas donde se pueden establecer un contacto entre la actividad turística y la naturaleza. Es por ello que la oferta turística se está diversificando, y con ello, se están creando nuevos productos turísticos con el objetivo de dar respuesta a las nuevas expectativas de los turistas. En este artículo delimitamos conceptualmente el ecoturismo, y realizamos un análisis DAFO de los puntos positivos y negativos de su desarrollo para un destino y para los ecoturista.
