El Impacto Del Turismo En Las Orientaciones Sectoriales De Los Municipios Costeros De Guerrero: Mã‰Xico

Abstract

Este trabajo expone una tipología económico-productiva de los municipios costeros de Guerrero, desde la óptica de los cocientes sucesivos. La investigación está constituida por los apartados siguientes: en el primero se consignan las principales características físicas y socioeconómicas de las demarcaciones evaluadas. Después, se presenta un análisis breve de la evolución que mostró la actividad turística en Acapulco e Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. En los segmentos posteriores, se expresan los antecedentes cognoscitivos de la vertiente de la Geografía Económica que dio lugar a este trabajo y se describe la secuencia utilizada para determinar las orientaciones sectoriales acaecidas en 1970 y 2010. Por último, se examina y comprueba el tránsito de una economía especializada en el sector primario hacia estructuras productivas en las que el sector terciario tiene mayor peso, debido a la importancia que adquirió la actividad turística en la costa guerrerense.
