Turismo Comunitario En El Cantã“N Guayaquil. Estudio De Caso "Cerrito De Los Morreã‘Os"

Abstract

El Golfo de Guayaquil es un espacio conformado por varias islas e islotes, donde la pesca (especialmente de crustáceos como el cangrejo) ha sido el medio de subsistencia de las aproximadamente cuatro mil personas que lo habitan. En este lugar se encuentra ubicada la comunidad “Cerrito de los Morreños†, cuyos habitantes, desde el año 2000, están interesados en el desarrollo de actividades turísticas, sin dejar de lado sus acciones laborales tradicionales. Los recursos naturales y culturales que posee la comunidad podrían ser de utilidad para sus intereses de desarrollo turístico, pero estos deben ser analizados y revisados, de tal forma que puedan ser evaluados para, finalmente, considerarlos dentro de la oferta turística del cantón Guayaquil y de la provincia del Guayas.
