Alojamiento Turã Stico Sustentable Caso De Estudio: Destino Turã Stico En El Sudoeste De La Provincia De Buenos Aires

Abstract

Las empresas turísticas, en particular los establecimientos hoteleros, forman parte de la oferta de un destino, donde operan junto a otras organizaciones, el Estado, la comunidad y los turistas que exigen cada vez más que los productos y servicios tengan un aval sustentable. En este sentido, las empresas pueden decidir adoptar o no prácticas concretas de responsabilidad social empresaria, a partir del cuidado del medioambiente. De esta manera, se presenta en el trabajo, la incorporación al programa implementado por el Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, denominado Certificación de Alojamiento Turístico Sustentable (en adelante ATS), para algunas empresas que prestan el servicio de hotelería en la Comarca Turística Sierras de la Ventana, 2013.
