Mosaico Postal: Cartões Postais Turísticos De Parnaíba/Piauí

Abstract

O objetivo de nosso trabalho foi descrever os cartões postais do município de Parnaíba e realizar uma breve análise da comunicação turística dessa mídia. A área em foco localiza-se na região Norte do Estado do Piauí, em uma faixa litorânea que possui vocação turística. Diante disso, levantamos todos os cartões postais existentes que continham imagens fotográficas da cidade e assim, passamos a mapear essas imagens mais fotografadas, como também diagnosticamos os atrativos turísticos que estavam sendo representados nessas mídias selecionadas. Sabemos que os cartões postais são colecionáveis e que após a internet a função de comunicação do cartão postal diminuiu. Foi interessante perceber que algumas paisagens se repetem e outras tantas não, buscamos revelar tais motivos e interesses.
