O Efeito Do Empreendedorismo Na Atividade Turística Na Amazônia: A Geração De Emprego E Renda No Setor De Alimentos E Bebidas

Abstract

A atividade turística é tida como importante fonte de desenvolvimento regional em virtude de seus aspectos econômicos e socioambientais. Com base nessas características, este estudo objetivou entender o efeito da pratica empreendedora no setor de Alimentos e Bebidas na geração de empregos no setor turístico em Parintins na Amazônia. Para tal, foi realizada pesquisa qualitativa descritiva com o intuito de se aprofundar nas questões relacionadas ao setor, com aplicação de 10 questionários semiestruturados a empreendedores locais e seus colaboradores. A pesquisa evidenciou suas práticas gerenciais e mecanismos de atuação para com a indústria turística. Por fim, torna-se válido ressaltar as contribuições deste estudo para com o desenvolvimento local, apresentando a realidade do setor A&B e suas potencialidades.
